Opening hours
Ironstone Wellbeing Centre is open Monday to Sunday during the hours detailed further below. These times may vary; depending on individual instructors and therapists running classes or offering treatments. Please check with your instructor or therapist directly if you have any questions, or call us. If we don’t answer please leave a voicemail and we will call you back.
Please note there is no reception cover prior to the 7am start of class so please leave a phone message and we will return your call when we arrive. If URGENT please call 07395 796946.
