At the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre in Kettering, we are proud to offer a variety of classes designed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing. We have plenty of classes on offer for you to get involved in, ranging from Hot Yoga and Pilates to FitSteps, Tai Chi, Barre and so much more. Classes sizes due to the current situation are limited to 12 plus the instructor.
