Free Children and Teen Yoga Taster Sessions at Ironstone
Are you looking for children/teen yoga classes in Kettering? Then why not try Mindful Movers at the Ironstone Wellbeing Centre. All of our classes use Performance/Yoga as tools to practice Mindfulness, a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing.
With Yoga, Dance, Singing and Acting all included within the sessions you will be sure to notice the positive effects of mindfulness on your child/grandchild.

When: Thursdays Children’s Creative Yoga (4-5pm)
Teen’s Yoga & Calm (5.15-6.15pm)
